"Dream Vacation Giveaway" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
There is no cost or obligation to purchase in order to enter the Dream Vacation Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”).
The Sweepstakes is presented by Steele Hill Resorts (“Sponsor”) and Eastman Hill Enterprises (“Sponsor”) both at 516 Steele Hill Road, Sanbornton, NH 03269 (Steele Hill Resorts and Eastman Hill Enterprises together “Sponsors”).
Purchase or payment will not increase the person's chances of winning.
I understand that by entering the Sweepstakes that I am giving Sponsors permission to contact me regarding this and other offers related to sports entertainment, food and beverage, special events, travel and vacation and other promotions by phone, mail or email. I understand that this permission supersedes my listing on any state or federal email or phone “Do Not Contact” list or a prior “Do Not Contact” list maintained by Sponsor. Personal data collected is intended to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
A completed entry form is required for a chance to win the Sweepstakes. One entry allowed per person. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize is not transferable. To claim prize, winner must sign affidavit of eligibility. Entrants may enter by completing physical entry cards provided by mailing (Attn: Sweepstakes, 516 Steele Hill Rd. Sanbornton, NH) with a request for physical form and via a mobile and online application provided in conjunction with the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and Vermont who are twenty-one (28) years of age or older at the time of entry. The promotion does not discriminate against any participants based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin, or marital status. Entrants need not be present to win. Entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2024. Entries are accepted through the web-based form via mobile or other online device with web browsing capabilities, or can be sent by mail to Steele Hill Resorts at 516 Steele Hill Road, Sanbornton, NH 03269. Mail entries must be labeled "Dream Vacation Giveaway" No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All online entries must include a valid email address and phone number for the entrant. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may receive commercial email from the Host Team and/or the Sponsors.
RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The decisions of Sponsors are final and binding on all matters relating to these Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household.
PRIZES: The Following Prize Will Be Awarded
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive (a) seven (7) night hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy; or other reasonable occupancy capacity in Sponsor's sole discretion) for up to 4 people at one of Sponsor's affiliated resorts in winner's choice of Orlando, FL or Las Vegas, NV. Sponsor will review available resorts with winner at time of booking. Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates.
Accommodations must be booked by 12/31/25. Failure to book accommodations by 12/31/25 will result in forfeiture of prize. Grand Prize does not include travel costs, airfare, or other costs incurred by the winner. Winner will be responsible for purchase of all travel costs, airfare and any other additional expenses. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel arrangement, taxes, fees or any other potentially associated expenses. Winner will be subject to hotel management’s guest policies at the selected resort (e.g., valid photo I.D and/or passports or visas if applicable.)(Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $3000.00).
Runner Up: One (1) Runner Up will receive (a) three (3) night hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy; or other reasonable occupancy capacity in Sponsor's sole discretion) for up to 4 people at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH. Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. 2025 Blackout Dates:
1/17-1/20, 2/14-3/1, 4/18-5/3, 5/23-5/26, 6/14-6/22, 6/29-7/6, 8/29-9/1, 10/10-10/13, 11/26-11/29, 12/22-1/4/26

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsors) (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within five (5) business days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsors and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsors or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winners to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Winners will be selected at random and notified on January 2, 2025.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, Host Team and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. By entering these Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsors and/or Host Team by telephone, email and/or postal mail and understands that this permission supersedes any and all "do not call" registries maintained at the State, Federal or company level. Each Winner, by acceptance of prize, grants to Sponsors, Host Team and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entrants further agree to release, discharge and hold harmless RCI, Meta and any other advertising platforms from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes and/or related to any prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, e-mail or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in these Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors’ representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Contents or operation of these Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors, Host Team or their respective agents. Sponsors shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under New Hampshire law and applicable U.S. laws in the County of Belmont, State of New Hampshire.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSORS, THE HOST TEAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
