You get unlimited day access to the pools, gym, golf, sauna, hiking trails and more — a flexible way to make the resorts part of your weekly rhythm. Your rate is locked in for the full 3 years, with the option to re-enroll when your term ends.

No. It's a 3-year day-use membership. There are no deeded ownership rights, no fractional weeks, and no perpetual obligations. You're paying for access to amenities only.
Vacation ownership gives you weeks of overnight stays plus full amenity access, with deeded equity and a long-term commitment. The Lifestyle Pass gives you only day access to amenities — no overnight stays, no equity, no multi-year contract. It's a much lighter commitment, and it's annual rather than lifetime. If you'd like to compare the two side by side, our team can walk you through both during a tour.
No. Day-use access at Steele Hill Resort and The Summit is reserved for vacation owners and Lifestyle Pass holders only. The general public cannot purchase day passes. The Lifestyle Pass is the only way to get day access without committing to vacation ownership.
The Lifestyle Pass is a 3-year membership. Your rate is locked at $5,000/year for the full term, and billing happens annually. At the end of your 3 years, you'll have the option to re-enroll for another term. The 3-year structure is what allows us to keep the program limited to 25 households and protect the experience.
Your immediate household members are included on a single pass at no extra cost. Bringing friends or extended family? Passholders can bring a party of up to 6 guests per visit when accompanied by a named passholder.
Pool and amenity access is open to passholders year-round. On rare occasions — peak holiday weekends or scheduled private events — specific amenities may have time-limited access. We'll walk you through any known restrictions during your tour so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes—day access at the Steele Hill golf course is included in the membership. Golf club rentals are available at 15% off.
Spa access (sauna, hot tubs, lounge spaces) is included. Spa services like massages and treatments are 15% off the standard rate.
If you reserved with the $250 deposit, you have 14 days from your amenities tour to decide if the Lifestyle Pass is right for you. The 3-year commitment runs once that window closes — if you stop paying mid-term, the unpaid balance becomes due. Our team will walk you through the full cancellation terms during your tour, before you sign anything.
The Lifestyle Pass is capped to protect the experience for current resort guests. We're not adding more during the membership term.
